Brian Longacre

Director of Operations

Atlanta hospitality and operations veteran Brian Longacre draws on his vast experience in private country clubs, fine dining, award-winning upscale casual restaurants, and decade of working with his mother at a fine dining establishment in his hometown of Akron, Ohio to develop his management style, sense of detail, and hospitality.

In Longacre’s current role as Director of Operations at R.O. Hospitality, he specializes in building proficient teams, achieving record- breaking sales, and benchmarking genuine hospitality.

Career highlights include management roles with Sterling Spoon Hospitality (Marlow's Tavern and Aqua Blue), Ray's Restaurants (Ray's in the City) and Uncle Jack’s Meathouse concepts, where he opened four restaurants in rapid succession.  Private country club experiences include General Manager positions at the nationally recognized Georgian Club, American Golf property Brookstone CC, Olde Towne Athletic Club of Atlanta, and the historic Congress Lake CC of Hartville, Ohio.

Longacre’s first management opportunity in hospitality was in college working for the legendary Conrad Hilton converting an old Quaker Oats factory in Akron, Ohio into a luxury shopping, dining, and overnight guest complex.  Brian worked for that Hilton property for almost a decade.

During his off hours, Brian enjoys spending time with his family and close friends cooking, dining out around the city, and playing tennis and golf.
